Eric Lex is a Global Finance Executive with extensive experience in financial planning and analysis, currently serving as the Vice President of Finance at Lattice since 2026. Previously, Eric held various leadership roles, including VP of Financial Planning & Analysis at hims & hers and Finance Director at Twilio, where they contributed to corporate financial strategy and reporting. Eric's career began with the Financial Management Program at GE Aviation, followed by multiple leadership positions within GE, culminating in a role as VP of Intelligent Process Automation & Shared Services IT leader. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Notre Dame in 2011.
