CJ Floros

CJ Floros has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. CJ is currently the Founder COO at Laudio, a healthcare staff burnout reduction platform. At Advanced Practice Strategies (APS), they served as the Chief Development Officer, leading the company to significant growth and overseeing its acquisition by Bertelsmann / Relias Learning. Prior to that, CJ was a Senior Director at The District Management Council and the Chief Corporate Development Officer at ConnectEdu. CJ also served as the CEO of Perrone Group, a multichannel marketing firm, and the Managing Partner at The BAM Group. Additionally, CJ was the CEO of A Plus Exhibit Services & Mgmt, an experiential marketing firm, and held the position of CFO at Admore Inc. CJ began their career as an Audit Accountant at Deloitte.

CJ Floros attended Boston College from 1987 to 1991, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Finance & Accounting.
