Sonja Hanisch

Sonja Hanisch is a highly experienced professional in the field of privacy and access to information, currently serving as a Privacy and ATI Professional at Brenda Keen Consulting Inc. since July 2023. Hanisch has held numerous key roles, including Chief Privacy Officer at LAUFT since January 2019 and Manager of the Breach Response Unit at the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada from January 2020 to August 2023. Additional experience includes managerial positions at Health Canada and the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, as well as a role as Policy Analyst for Access to Information & Privacy at Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada. Hanisch holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Concordia University.
