Anthony Romano has extensive work experience in the marketing and advertising industry. Anthony is currently the CEO of Laughlin Constable, a position they started in 2022. In 2023, they joined The BrandLab and the Boys & Girls Clubs of Chicago as a member of their respective Board of Directors. Prior to this, in 2021, Romano worked as the CMO and CRO for Chameleon Collective, an agency that provides solutions across various business areas. Anthony also founded their own consultancy, AR Consulting, LLC, in 2021, where they served as a fractional CMO, CGO, and advisor for multiple growth companies. Earlier in their career, Romano held leadership positions at Wunderman Thompson, BBH New York, R/GA, Publicis Groupe, and Ralph Lauren, where they oversaw teams, led strategic growth initiatives, and managed client relationships. Throughout their years of experience, Romano has demonstrated a commitment to diversity and inclusion efforts within the industry.
Anthony Romano has a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing, Communications, and Studio Art from New York University. Anthony was also a member of the Division III Men's Varsity Basketball Team at NYU. Anthony later obtained an MBA in Marketing from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business. In addition to their degrees, they have certifications in IAB Digital Media Sales and the Digital Acceleration Program from Hyper Island, obtained in 2013 and 2012 respectively.
