Vincent co-founded Hearty, a growth-minded creative agency, and continues to lead production efforts at Laughlin Constable and HIVE Content Studio, emphasizing craft, innovation, and efficiency. Vincent holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Fine Arts and Communications from North Park University.
