Emily Caplan is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in graphic design and leadership. As Co-Founder and Lead Designer at Launch Agency since August 2021, Emily has demonstrated expertise in creative direction and design. Emily co-founded We Are Outspoken in March 2020 and served as a Junior Designer at McCann from August 2018 to August 2021. Additionally, Emily held the position of Creative Director at 99 Percent Lifestyle from January 2019 to February 2021 and completed a freelance graphic design role at Moonpig in January 2018, where card designs won the Moonpig Goes To College competition. Early experience includes a freelance graphic design position at Edson Evers focused on organizing a fundraising event. Emily holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Visual Communications from Birmingham City University, earned between 2015 and 2018.
