Launch Development is focused on acquiring existing commercial properties and executing ground-up developments. Their projects include repurposing properties such as vacant restaurants, fast food buildings, banks, drugstores, and medical offices. Drawing on the extensive relationships built with private high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors, the Launch team is well-positioned to identify and capitalize on high-value opportunities.

The Launch Development team is confident that the current market presents significant opportunities. With many properties built 20-30 years ago nearing the end of their useful life, Launch Development is well-positioned to identify and execute on the highest and best use for these properties. The partners are optimistic about the improving transaction velocity in the market, the anticipated decline in interest rates, and the continued population and employment growth in metropolitan Phoenix.
