With over ten years working in people and culture and talent acquisition, Julia is great at scouting out the best talent. She's brought in outstanding employees for companies like Emory, Dragon Army, and HUGE; all the while enriching culture and being an advocate for people at those companies.

As the People and Culture Lead at Launch, Julia designs, develops, and implements strategies that attract, engage, and develop employees — building upon a people-first, high-performance culture.
