Kate Brodock is a General Partner at W Fund and the CEO of SWITCH, leading efforts to support early-stage tech startups led by women and underrepresented founders. With nearly 20 years of experience in the tech startup ecosystem, they have held leadership roles, including President of Girls in Tech, where they directed a global network focused on women in technology and entrepreneurship. Kate has contributed to various organizations as an Entrepreneur in Residence and mentor, while also serving in strategic roles at multiple startups. They hold multiple degrees, including an MBA from Emory University and an MA from the Fletcher School at Tufts University.
