Jonathan Lerch

As Vice President of Sales and Operations for TEAMS, Jonathan is responsible for the success and execution of new and current business for LAUNCH TEAMS. Among these duties is the oversite of the East, Mid and West coast operations Managers. Oversite ensures that projects have proper staffing and skill level so that all tasks have a satisfactory outcome for the customers. Preceding this role, Jonathan served as Director of Maintenance for TEAMS.

Before joining LAUNCH, Jonathan spent over two decades with AAR, one of the largest MROs in the nation. He began as a Maintenance Technician and worked his way up through several roles to Vice President of Operations. He is a highly accomplished senior leader with 25+ years of progressive financial and operations leadership experience in aviation management. He has demonstrated success streamlining business operations including financial controls, budgets, strategic planning, performance measurement, production schedules and staff development.

Prior to his time at AAR, Jonathan served four years in the United States Air Force as an Aerospace Propulsion Specialist (Jet Engine Mechanic), a role in which he excelled and received early promotion through a program that recognizes leadership ability.
