Thule Carranza

Thule Carranza is the Founder of Elevate & Innovate, a creative space dedicated to empowering women through workshops and events that combine creativity with leadership topics, fostering problem-solving and personal development. In addition to this role, Thule serves as an Onsite Coordinator for LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions and previously held the position of Accounts Receivable at Tesoro from May 2007 to June 2017, specializing in cash applications. Thule holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership from Our Lady of the Lake University and two Bachelor of Arts degrees in Human Resources and Organizational Development from the University of the Incarnate Word.
