Victor Yepez

Victor Yepez is the Recruitment Team Lead for Aviation at LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions. Victor has over 7 years of experience in IT Project Management.

Victor started their career in 2007 as a Sr. Manager, IT PMO at Office Depot. Victor was responsible for an annual portfolio of 45-60 Business projects with IT involvement and managed relationships with IT Directors. In 2014, they were recruited by LAUNCH Technical Workforce Solutions as a Recruitment Team Lead.

Victor has hired 20 Project Managers, in one year, to manage Customer Facing and Corporate Systems implementations. Victor has also developed a model for resource allocation and assignments to measure team capacity and relative availability. Additionally, they led a Merger integration program with 13 Project Managers to undertake 600 new stores with existing technology stack. Lastly, they managed a customer conversion and loyalty program to unify accounts and customer experience (Omni Channel related).
