Matthew Williams is a proficient software engineer with extensive experience in software development and team leadership. Currently employed at Launchbase as a Software Engineer since May 2025, Matthew previously held the position of Team Lead at Kohort from January 2021 to May 2025, where responsibilities included managing a team and delivering software solutions. Prior experience also includes roles as a Software Engineer at Impact, where Matthew developed data pipelines and connectors, and as a Junior Software Engineer intern, contributing to UI/UX design and web development at iTouch Messaging Services.
