Carly Clark

Carly Clark, SHRM-CP, is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in people operations. Currently serving as Head of People Operations at LaunchCode since January 2024, Carly oversees HR operations for a technology bootcamp organization with over 200 employees across the United States. Previously, Carly held various roles at Southwest Behavioral & Health Services from 2015 to December 2023, culminating in the position of Director of People Operations, where leadership encompassed a team supporting over 1,100 employees in diverse work environments. Carly’s background also includes expertise in talent acquisition, recruitment processes, and clinical oversight, having served as Talent Acquisition Manager, Talent Advisor, Lead Therapist, and Senior Team Lead. Carly holds a Master of Science in Professional Counseling from Grand Canyon University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
