Andrew Campbell has extensive experience in technical account management and support, currently serving as the Principal Technical Account Manager at LaunchDarkly since February 2018. Prior to this role, Andrew held various positions, including Production Support Engineer at Computershare and Senior Technical Support Engineer at both Sauce Labs and Atlassian. A background in programming was established as a Programmer Analyst at MEDITECH, where customization and bug fixing were primary responsibilities. Earlier in Andrew’s career, experience as a bartender at Barking Crab and a technical role at Consolidated Services Group provided valuable customer interaction and technical foundation. Andrew holds a degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, completed between 1999 and 2005.
