Charlotte Morgan

Charlotte Morgan is an experienced engineering professional with a diverse background in software development and education. Currently serving as an Engineer at LaunchDarkly since June 2024, Charlotte previously held the position of Engineering Manager and Software Engineer at Hive Learning from March 2022 to June 2023. As a Lead Instructor in Software Engineering at General Assembly from March 2020 to January 2022, Charlotte prepared students for junior developer roles, covering a wide array of programming languages and frameworks. Additional experience includes roles as a Software Engineer at JDLT and earlier positions within General Assembly as a Teaching Assistant and a student in the Web Development Immersive program. Charlotte's educational background includes a BSc in Financial Economics from Kingston University and completion of A Levels and GCSEs at Northampton High School for Girls.
