Jennifer Shih is an experienced Learning and Development professional with a strong background in program management and instructional design. Currently serving as the Learning and Development Program Manager at LaunchDarkly since March 2024, Jennifer previously held positions including Learning & Growth Program Manager at Rippling and Learning and Development Specialist at LaunchDarkly.
