Renée Gately

Renée Gately is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Associate General Counsel and Head of Commercial Legal at LaunchDarkly since August 2024. Prior to this role, Gately held the position of Associate General Counsel at HackerOne and was a Charter Member of TechGC, a private community for Senior In-House Counsel. Gately's expertise includes serving as Associate General Counsel and Head of Commercial Legal for Tech Transactions at Coinbase, and as Vice President, Assistant General Counsel at JPMorgan Chase & Co.
