Saqib Shafi is a UX leader with over 10 years of experience in solving complex business problems and over 5 years in leading and developing design teams. Currently serving as a Product Design Manager at LaunchGood, Saqib has previously held roles such as Senior User Experience Designer and Manager at Foot Locker, where they significantly contributed to a digital transformation that led to a major increase in earnings. Saqib's background includes work as a User Experience Architect at Sears Holdings Corporation and as a consultant for early-stage startups in AI healthcare. They are pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from DePaul University.
