Justin Leushner

Justin Leushner is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the healthcare and technology sectors. Currently serving as a Partner at Launchit Ventures since April 2021, Justin focuses on combining funding and business services to enhance company success. Previously, Justin held the position of Sr. Director at Decision Resources Group, providing critical data and insights for strategic planning in healthcare investment. As President and CEO of Ventripoint Diagnostics, Justin led the development of innovative cardiac imaging systems, and as CEO of the Centre for Imaging Technology Commercialization, facilitated the commercialization of medical technologies. With a solid foundation in operations from TechAlliance of Southwestern Ontario and leadership roles at London Health Sciences Centre and Sernova Corp., Justin has a proven track record in managing teams and driving innovation. Educational credentials include an MBA from Ivey Business School and a B.Sc. in Genetics/Cell Biology from the University of British Columbia.
