Jared Rouppet

Jared Rouppet has a diverse work experience spanning from 2012 to 2020. In 2012, they were the Head of Recruiting & Talent Acquisition at Gradient X, where they were brought in at seed funding to hire the CTO and then built out necessary teams. In 2014, they became the Head of Technical Recruiting at HauteLook, LA's largest e-commerce company with 700+ employees. In 2015, they were a Lead Technical Recruiter at Thrive Market and a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Red Bull. In 2017, they were a Talent Acquisition, Engineering at Virgin Orbit and a Talent Advisor at Techstars. In 2020, they were an Ally at Stand with Asian Americans and #HIREBLACK Initiative, and a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Chainlink Labs. In 2019, they founded Launchmaps.

Jared Rouppet attended the USC Marshall School of Business from 1999 to 2003 and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
