Jenny Akerman-Smith is the Chief Operating Officer at Launchmetrics, responsible for global operational leadership and overseeing HR/People Ops functions. With a background in retail sales and management, Jenny has successfully launched operations in the UK for an early-stage start-up and managed operational performance for businesses in Europe. Jenny has a BA (Hons) in Fashion Management from London College of Fashion and an Advanced Diploma in Online Marketing from Shaw Academy.
