Ben Small

Ben Small is the Executive Director at LaunchNW and has extensive experience in educational leadership, including serving as the Superintendent for Central Valley School District from 2008 to 2022 and for Columbia School District Burbank #400 from 2003 to 2008. Prior to these roles, Ben worked as a Principal and spent several years as a Middle School Teacher at Garrison Middle School from 1990 to 1996. Ben holds an Associate of Arts degree in Education from Spokane Falls Community College and is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Secondary Education and Teaching, a Superintendent Certificate in Educational Leadership, and a Master of Education in Secondary School Administration/Principalship from Eastern Washington University and Washington State University.
