Sam Griffith

Sam Griffith is a seasoned production manager and filmmaker with a diverse background in directing commercials, music videos, and short films, including a viral Levi's ad, while working as a freelance film director and editor from 2008 to 2023. Currently, Sam leads manufacturing and process efforts at Launchpad, and previously served as a production manager at Addressable, where notable accomplishments included managing a 24-hour assembly-line operation and optimizing production processes. Sam's expertise is further demonstrated through supervisory roles at Capsule, overseeing modular cabinetry production. Sam holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, earned in 2007.
