Ryan Gilbert

Ryan Gilbert is the Founder of Launchpad Capital and currently serves as an Advisory Board Member at Castle Creek Capital LLC. Ryan is also an Investor at Oakland Roots Sports Club and a Board Member at River City Bank. Previously, Ryan was a Board Member at bKash Ltd. Ryan held the positions of Executive Chairman and CEO and Co-Founder at SmartBiz. At FTAC Olympus Acquisition Corp., Ryan served as the CEO and co-sponsor. In the past, Ryan was a General Partner at Propel Venture Partners and held advisory roles at Square and Venrock. Ryan graduated from the University of the Witwatersrand with a BComm and LLB.
