Ryan Francis is a Partner and CEO at LaunchPad Lab. Ryan has also served as the Chief Financial Officer at Elixserve from August 2012 to July 2013, the Sr. Financial Analyst at Cardinal Health from April 2012 to August 2012, and the Financial Analyst at Baxter Healthcare from June 2010 to February 2012. Ryan Francis began their career at Superior Aluminum Products, Inc. in June 2004, where they were an employee responsible for assembling and packaging aluminum railing and columns.
