Flint Lane is an accomplished entrepreneur and leader with extensive experience across various companies and organizations. Currently serving as the Founder and CEO of Major League Table Tennis since March 2023, Flint Lane has established an innovative sports league in the US. Additionally, Flint Lane holds board and advisory positions at multiple organizations, including the Boys & Girls Club of Collier County, Dash Solutions, and Billtrust, where Flint Lane previously served as Founder and CEO, contributing to advancements in the digital transformation of Order-to-Cash processes. Other ventures include ownership of Princeton Pong, an elite Table Tennis facility, and advisory roles at MissionOG and Radian Capital. Flint Lane earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute from 1984 to 1988.

Launchpad prepares Philadelphia high school students from traditionally underrepresented communities for high paying careers in tech. Our comprehensive 2.5-year earn and learn program, begins midway through 11th grade, and immerses students in over 2,000 hours of rigorous training. Participants gain crucial software development skills, industry exposure, durable skills, and real-world experience, while earning up to 30 college credits, $18,000, and industry-recognized certifications.
