Launchpad Search is a specialist search firm for engineering and project delivery businesses across the GCC.

The two founders each spent more than a decade leading Talent Acquisition inside major engineering and project delivery organisations in the GCC. Between us we have more than 30 years in the region and have overseen the hiring and mobilisation of more than 20,000 people from more than 30 nationalities into the Middle East. We spent years in the same rooms and on the same projects as the engineers, project directors, commercial leads and senior leaders our clients are trying to hire today.

We work across senior and specialist technical search, project team staffing, national talent search and strategy, and TA & mobilisation performance reviews.

If you have a critical hire to make, a project team to staff, or are exploring your next move in engineering and project delivery across the GCC, reach out directly and one of us will come back to you personally.
