Ian Connell

Ian Connell is a Partner at Charter School Growth Fund, specializing in Innovation and New Ventures since August 2014, where responsibilities include leading investment strategies to support impactful for-profit and non-profit education initiatives. Previously, Ian served as an Entrepreneur in Residence and held various investment roles within CSGF, contributing to the expansion of high-performing charter schools in underserved communities. Ian co-founded Launchpad Software, serving as Vice President and Board Member, focusing on leveraging Cloud CRM to improve community outcomes. Additional experience includes roles at Hyde Park Angels, TechStars, Kapor Capital, and UniversityNow, complemented by an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a BA in Economics from UC Irvine.
