Susan Fish

Susan Fish has been in the workforce since 2010. Susan began their career as a Pharmacy Technician at Creative Compounds, where they were the Lead Technician and trained and developed new hires. In 2013, they moved to TigerTel as a Team Lead, where they assisted the Operations Manager with training, coaching, quality assurance, delivering feedback, and payroll spreadsheets. Susan also managed the staff schedule and adherence. From 2014 to 2018, they were an Education Specialist at Stericycle Communication Solutions, where they designed online interactive learning courses for a learning management system, developed Continuous Improvement workshops, provided classroom training (remote and in person), onboarded and mentored new team members, created and ran team building events, and communicated with clients and key stakeholders. Currently, they are a Lead Technical Writer and Trainer and Instructional Designer at Launchpad Software.

Susan Fish completed their high school diploma at Central High School in 2005. In 2020, they obtained a Certificate in Salesforce Administrator & App Builder from Simplilearn Alumni. Additionally, they have obtained three certifications from LinkedIn and Coursera in 2020, including Elearning Essentials: Instructional Design, Instructional Design: Models of ID (2014), and Learning to Teach Online.
