LaunchPath is a structured career coaching program for college students and recent graduates, combining a proven curriculum with direct one-on-one coaching from two executive recruiting and talent development veterans with 50+ years of combined experience.

Founded by Matt Clark and Bryan Nobida, LaunchPath was built on a simple but powerful insight: most young people enter the job market without anyone in their corner who truly understands how to build and execute a strategically focused, tactically effective job search. Many young adults have never had access to someone who can tell them what employers actually want or what truly separates candidates who get offers from those who don't. This isn't a challenge that boot camps, books, or AI alone can solve. Matt and Bryan have spent their careers on the other side of that table. That's a genuine insider advantage most job seekers never get.

Each client works with one dedicated coach, but never just one perspective.

Our 1:1 coaching program meets every client where they are and builds the skills that matter: personal brand, job search strategy, networking, interview preparation, offer management, and learning to harness AI as a tool without losing your authentic voice. We teach clients how to separate themselves from the competition and build skills that last an entire career.

Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, LaunchPath serves clients nationwide and offers coaching packages designed to meet students and families at different levels of need and investment.
