Shamil Hettige

Shamil Hettige is an experienced professional with a strong background in executive assistance and human resources. Currently serving as a Virtual Executive Assistant at LaunchSource since July 2020, Shamil also operates as the Owner of AGEZA SOLUTIONS (PVT) LTD. since November 2012. Previous roles include Deputy Manager HR at WNS Global Services Sri Lanka, and various positions at Randstad, including Consultant - Team Lead and Asst. Consultant. Shamil began the career as a Research Executive at Colombo Communications Lanka and held the position of Team Leader - Front Line at TNT Express. Academically, Shamil holds a Diploma in Business Management from Metropolitan College and a PCM in Marketing from the Sri Lanka Institute of Marketing (SLIM), complemented by foundational education at St. Joseph's College.
