Megan Laney

Megan Laney currently serves as Vice President at LaunchSquad since September 2022, following a role as Head of Marketing and Communications at A Kids Company About from November 2020 to July 2022, where Megan led a comprehensive marketing strategy encompassing over 100 products across various media. Prior to that, Megan built the media relations practice at LaunchSquad from August 2011 to November 2020, focusing on storytelling and brand building for clients in the lifestyle and innovation sectors. Earlier career experiences include positions at Maxwell PR and LaunchSquad, where Megan advanced from Account Executive to Director of Media Relations, as well as an internship at Allen Hall Public Relations. Megan's early experience also includes fundraising for the University of Oregon. Megan holds a B.A. in Journalism: Public Relations from the University of Oregon, obtained in 2008.
