Adam van Rees

Adam Van Rees is a seasoned professional in the sports and health technology sectors, currently serving as a Venture Partner at leAD Sports & Health Tech Partners since December 2022. In addition to this role, Adam holds several advisory and board positions, including Board Member at One Team Youth, LLC, and Advisor at SimWin Sports, both since January 2021. Adam has a diverse background in business development and legal affairs, highlighted by significant roles such as VP of Business Development & Legal Affairs at DeBartolo Sports and Events from 2010 to 2020, and Agent/Attorney at DeBartolo Sports and Entertainment from 2006 to 2010. Adam's legal expertise was further developed at Buckingham, Doolittle & Burroughs, LLP from 2004 to 2006. Academically, Adam earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from Case Western Reserve University School of Law between 1999 and 2002, following a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on Business/PreLaw from Ohio University from 1995 to 1999.
