Ilona Charles is the CEO and Co-Founder of shilo., the only end-to-end HR consulting firm in Australia. With over 25 years of experience in human resources and transformation, they have held leadership positions at prominent organizations such as Aconex, Telstra, and Medibank Private. Ilona is also a non-executive director and an author, and their work has been recognized with the AHRI HR Leaders Award, while shilo. ranked #9 on the AFR Fast Starters List 2022. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and an MBA, along with a Graduate Diploma from the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
