Ilham Sahel is a skilled Venture Architect with extensive experience in agribusiness, specializing in farmer intimacy and carbon farming. They previously served as the Strategic Planning Manager at OCP SA, where they identified new Agtech products and managed high-value projects. Ilham has also held roles such as Program Officer at Oxfam and Head of the Capacity Building Department at AMSED, emphasizing partnerships and program development. They are currently the Agribusiness Director at LaunchX and Program Lead for Carbon Farming in Africa at INNOVX, continuing their commitment to sustainable agricultural practices. Ilham holds multiple master’s degrees and an executive master’s in crop nutrition.
