Laura has her bachelor’s degree in Applied Psychology from Pace University, and Master's degree is in Mental Health Counseling from Fordham University. She has 15+ years of experience studying psychology and health & wellness, 2+ years of Fitness Training, 10+ years’ experience in Client Development, and 5+ years of experience in career counseling/coaching, presenting workshops, as well as 1:1 sessions. Laura's mission is to empower individuals to adopt new skills and strategies that effectively address burnout, anxiety, and low self-esteem.
