I’m a registered Naturopath (ND), Kinesiologist, and Therapist, with a big love of cats, cooking, and getting my hands dirty in the garden. I’m passionate about living in tune with the seasons and choosing local, organic food whenever I can, as nature really does know best!

My work is all about supporting you as a whole person - mind, body, and gut by using an integrative approach. 

I blend therapies like NLP, Clinical Hypnotherapy, IEMT, and Metapsychology with Naturopathy (incorporating my training in Traditional Medicine, GAPS, and the SIBO Doctor plan), and Kinesiology (including Retained Primary Reflexes integration).

Over the years, I’ve brought these together into two unique approaches: Soma-Psych Alignment® and The Sunder Process™. These were both born from regularly working with ‘chronic’ health challenges and facilitating clients in reconnecting with their health and vitality.

I am also a Director of The Mind Body Gut Training Company and a Naturopathy Clinical Teacher with The School of Health.
