Tom Taft

Tom Taft is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of the Laurel Group and Urgenci, where they lead executive level searches and business development. With over twenty-two years in high technology sales and marketing, Tom previously served as an Executive Search Consultant at Heidrick & Struggles, where they established the Seattle office and focused on technology sector executive searches. Tom successfully sold Laurel Group and Urgenci to People Tech Group, LLC in November 2021 and has collaborated with a range of notable clients including F5 Networks and AWS. Tom holds a BS/BA from San Jose State University, graduating in 1989.
