Rachel Block is a seasoned professional in community life and recreational programming with a career spanning over 20 years in various leadership roles within senior living and rehabilitation facilities. Rachel currently serves as the Director of Community Life at Laurel Circle, since July 2023, and previously held positions including Director of Life Enrichment at Artis Senior Living of Eatontown and Activity Director at De La Salle Hall. Rachel's expertise includes overseeing activity departments, planning and implementing enriching programs tailored to resident needs, and conducting staff training. With degrees in Health and Public Administration from Kean University and Recreation and Park Management from Penn State University, Rachel is well-equipped to enhance the quality of life for diverse populations in care settings.
