Danyele Homer, MPH, currently serves as the Head of Customer Success at Laurel. They previously held the role of Head of Customer Experience at August Health and directed implementations for Epic's Population Health product. Danyele has extensive experience in customer success and operations, managing teams across various organizations and developing community health programs. In addition to their professional endeavors, Danyele has performed as a violinist in multiple theater productions and taught yoga at several studios. Danyele earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Boston University and is pursuing a Master of Public Health with a focus on Health Equity.
