Deborah Simon

Deborah Simon currently serves as a Casemanager Dementie at Laurens since November 2021, focusing on the wellbeing, care, and treatment coordination for clients with dementia and their families, in collaboration with general practitioners and care teams. Previously, Deborah held the role of Independent Community Nurse at Plicare from July 2016 to March 2018, where responsibilities included individual and collective prevention, as well as referral and advisory tasks. Prior experience includes serving as a Casemanager Dementie at De Zellingen from April 2018 to October 2021, and internships at Pieter van Foreest and Buurtzorg Nederland, where foundational nursing skills were developed.
