Since 1972, Laurieri has been baking artisanal quality snacks in the ancient, Unesco World Heritage site of Matera in Italy, an area also known well for its history of bakery tradition. Using our family recipes and only the best quality ingredients, our products are highly appreciated and have the most demanding standards of certification.
