LAUS is an internationally recognized GLP certified testing facility (CRO) working in six areas of expertise: Analytical Chemistry, Physico-Chemistry, in vitro–Toxicology, Mutagenicity/Genotoxicity, Ecotoxicology, and Environmental Fate.

These tests are crucial for 1. registration purposes (e.g. REACH, BPR), 2. classification (e.g. GHS, CLP, Water Hazard Classes), 3. labeling (e.g. Ecolabel), 4. assessment of potential health hazards (e.g. endocrine properties), and many more.
