Floris Prager

Floris Prager is currently a Partner and Head of Asia at LAUTEC Group, where they provide PMO services for offshore wind projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant deliveries. Floris has extensive international experience in project controls, having previously worked on facilitating planning and risk management for various offshore wind initiatives across Europe and beyond. Their career began in offshore pipelay, leading to roles that involved managing tender processes and project risks. Floris holds a Master’s degree in Science and Innovation Management from Utrecht University and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from The Hague University of Applied Sciences.
