Dan Baker

Dan Baker has an extensive work experience spanning several industries. Dan currently serves as the Senior Vice President at Lauth Group, Inc., where they provide leadership and mentorship to the construction team. Prior to this, they worked as a Business Consultant at DB Consulting Management, analyzing and implementing strategies to increase operational efficiency. Dan also owned and operated Reserve Car Services II, LLC (RCS), providing premium chauffeured services. As the owner of Underwood Companies, they transformed the sales initiatives of a distressed company, significantly increasing annual sales. Additionally, they held the position of Vice President/General Manager at Sabre Industries, Inc., overseeing operations in multiple locations and participating in strategic business planning. Earlier in their career, they served as a Vice President at both Oldcastle Precast and Gaylor, Inc., where they played integral roles in business development and customer retention. Dan also founded and presided over Sweet & Company, where they transformed the company into a design-build contractor.
