John Eppink

John Eppink has a range of experience in the construction and development industry. John started their career at R.L. Turner Corporation in 1989, where they worked in various roles including Assistant Superintendent, Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager, Estimator, Director of Safety & Training, and Manager of the corporate computer system. In 1997, they joined Nickander Associates as a Sales Associate. John then moved on to Lauth Property Group in 2004 as a Sr. Director of Development Operations, responsible for overseeing the development process for the company's healthcare portfolio in the Midwest Region. John Eppink has extensive experience in real estate evaluation, property acquisition, zoning, entitlements, due diligence, budgeting, scheduling, and construction.

John Eppink earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction Technology from Purdue University, completing their studies from 1985 to 1988.
