Lesley Hostetter has a strong background in direct marketing fundraising and donor relations. Lesley began their career at SmithBucklin as a Membership Coordinator from 2000 to 2002. Lesley then joined Adams Hussey & Associates as an Account Executive, where they worked on seven non-profit clients and developed expertise in direct marketing techniques. From 2006 to 2007, Lesley served as the Manager of Donor Relations at Landmine Survivors Network, strategizing and executing donor communications and maintaining the donor database. Since 2007, they have been with Lautman Maska Neill & Company, starting as an Account Supervisor and moving up to Vice President and most recently Senior Vice President. In this role, they manage direct marketing fundraising programs for non-profit organizations, provides strategic planning, and advises on integrated direct mail and digital campaigns.
Lesley Hostetter pursued their education from 1996 to 2000 at Saint Michael's College, where they completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
