Ecem Çınar, born in Uşak, graduated from high school before pursuing a degree in Chemical Engineering at İzmir Institute of Technology, which they are about to complete. Ecem began their career as an intern at DYO Boya Fabrikaları in 2015 and later interned at Tüprag Metal Madencilik. They have been working at Gürallar Lav since November 2017, where they progressed from Decor Production Engineer to Head of Decoration Production in 2022.
