Lava Sana is a holistic wellness practice rooted in energy work, somatic healing, and creative expression. We offer sessions that integrate Reiki, cupping therapy, and therapeutic art techniques to support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and deeper connection to self.

Founded with the belief that healing is both sacred and deeply personal, Lava Sana creates a warm and grounded space, both physically and energetically, for rest, reflection, and realignment. Whether through one-on-one sessions or community offerings, we aim to expand access to intuitive healing practices that nourish body, mind, and spirit.

Why the name “Lava Sana”?
"Lava Sana" is a play on words in Spanish. "Lava" means to wash or cleanse, and "sana" means to heal. Together, the phrase evokes the idea of gentle, purifying transformation: to wash and to heal. The name also gestures to the elemental power of lava, a symbol of raw energy and deep inner shifts that can lead to growth and renewal.
